This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Champion 1, Champion 2, Champion 3, Golden Egg '18, Golden Egg '20, Golden Egg '22, Golden Egg '23, & Select Favorites) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 4 times for 300 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
