This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Champion 1, Golden Egg '18, Golden Egg '20, Golden Egg '22, & Golden Egg '23) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 700 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
