Sauer-Prohaska is a Luxury Goal Explosion that does not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 62 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 15, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 400 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
