Herman-Veum are Luxury Wheels that do not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 57 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 13, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 500 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
