This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 28 of the Free Rocket Pass 3, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 11 times for 2000 Credits. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
