This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Elevation, Golden Egg '19, Golden Gift '20, Golden Gift '21, Golden Gift '22, Golden Pumpkin '20, & Golden Pumpkin '23) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 3 times for 50 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
