This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 6 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 15, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 6 times for 100 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
