Kovacek-Douglas is a Base Avatar Border that comes in all paints, except for Gold. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 27 of the Free Rocket Pass Season 15, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 5 times for 400 Credits. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
