Willms-Fisher is a Luxury Rocket Boost that does not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 7 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 11, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
