Hill PLC are Luxury Wheels that come in all paints, except for Gold. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 28 of the Free Rocket Pass 3, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it was for sale once for 700 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
