This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Champion 2, Golden Egg '18, Golden Egg '20, Golden Egg '22, Golden Egg '23, Golden Gift '22, Golden Pumpkin '18, & Player's Choice) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 50 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
