This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 52 of the Free Rocket Pass 5, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 5 times for 50 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
