This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Accelerator, Golden Gift '20, Golden Gift '22, Golden Gift '23, Golden Gift Basket '22, Golden Pumpkin '19, Golden Pumpkin '20, Golden Toolkit, & Player's Choice) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 5 times for 50 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
