This item can be obtained occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 700 Credits or by redeeming the free reward code BEKIND in the past, but this code expired recently. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
