Osinski-Littel are Luxury Wheels that do not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 16 of the Free Rocket Pass 1, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 3 times for 300 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
