This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 66 of the Premium Rocket Pass 2, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 5 times for 700 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
