This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Ferocity) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it was for sale once for 100 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe and Fortnite. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
