This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Elevation, Golden Egg '19, Golden Gift '20, Golden Gift '21, Golden Gift '22, Golden Pumpkin '20, & Golden Pumpkin '23) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it was for sale once for 700 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
