Yes bro keep it up, I started with 10 pushups a day from a challenge from a friend and now 2 years later I do 250 a night normally in sets of 50. I promise any physical activity is great for you and makes you feel better. Keep at it but don't let your doubts fully drive your effort(like I'm skinny so I gotta work out) it can help but that only leads you back to thinking your skinny and not the way you wanna look. Work out because you want to and know that no matter what, if your heart rate raises your making progress, also being sore is not the only indicator of improvement which is a common misconception, it IS an indicator but not the only one. So yeah, keep at it my boy!!
