@Dumpling589 just play the game and most importantly, focus on the basics, you don't need flip resets if you can't hit an open net. Also, learn how to rotate properly and learn on which ball you have to go. Ingame, do not spam half-learned mechanics, only use them when you can hit them 10 out of 10 times

@Dumpling589 no problem, I guess id have even more advice but I can't think properly rn😭 good luck, I'm sure you can reach d2, d3 or even c1 this season. These ranks are basically all the same, only difference is the consistency. Here's another tip: stop caring about your rank. Sounds strange but I was stuck in plat 3 back in season 4 and couldn't get out. I then started playing to win and learn and not to rank up and I got out of plat in no tine. So if you really just play to rank up rn, that's probably a big reason why you are still in d1. Imo every diamond has the potential to be champ, it's just that most of them don't want to mentally accept that they play better if they don't care about their rank👍
