the future of rl

as some of you know, in April, epic games will officially be adding Easy Anti-Cheat to the game to prevent ddossers and bots in ranked. however, this also comes at the cost of bakkesmod, which will no longer be allowed in online matches including private matches. since this anti-cheat isnt owned/developed by epic, they cant alter it so that bakkes wont be banned. bc stupid 5 yr olds couldnt behave themselves online and decided to ruin ranked now the whole playerbase has to suffer the consequences.

im letting you all know i will be quitting the game when that happens. im going to push for higher ranks this and the start of next season, but after that im going to play very infrequently. im gonna focus on my personal life and getting ready for college. a lot of people think that its solely epic killing the game, but id say at this point the playerbase is as well.

i dont know whats going to happen to rl after this. we all thought it was gonna die after trading, but it stayed afloat. i doubt its gonna die anytime soon, but this is taking a huge toll on the playerbase, and could have very well been avoided if people didnt decide it would be funny to use bots and ddos attacks in ranked, since i doubt they were going to add this anti cheat before this stuff happened.

for all those people that caused this, is this really what you all wanted?
