How to rank up

I have been stuck at gold for so long. I’ve watched a lot of YouTube videos so I know a lot of game sense and positioning. I can also shoot consistently and pretty accurately. I can also aerial semi consistently. I can also dribble pretty well. I know I should be platinum especially because I’m about the same skill as my friends. For some reason I’m still hard stuck gold. What should I do.
