Why is that even a thing? Like you get it when you first start the game. It's the same thing with the bubbles boost. I got a common one (still have it) and I have gotten a import bubble boost. So I just used the import and traded up to a exotic. But why is it like that. I would make sense if it were painted but a normal dominia as a import is crazy!
