Completely Reset

I got on my alt yesterday and my rank got completely reset. Do any of you know why? I haven’t play on my alt all season. So it’s not like I was already ranked

It’s because every season the rank reset and you have to play 10 games to get it up

Yes but that’s not the issue. I also had to regain the 20 levels which I’ve never had to do multiple times on the same account. And it reset me at 600 mmr. I don’t know if it resets you at 600 mmr every season but still.
