Notifications

I only use the mobile version of this app and I have notifications enabled for the app on my phone and enabled on the app but I still never get notifications, is this just me or do other mobile users have this issue. Also whenever I click on the in game notifications sometimes it will lead me to something completely unrelated. Can anyone help?
