Best way to train !!!

So if u go into free play or a training pack and put how fast your game is to 50 and play for 5 min then put it at 65 for 5 min then play a match you will feel so fast, and much more able to hit things. After like 3 or 4 games repeat the process at 65 game speed for like 7 to 10 min and it goes on and on. I won 6 games and lost 2 times so for me I was super excited pls try this method and comment if it worked for u or if it didn’t and explain why .

I don't think you should get into a full speed game after training in slowmotion. Slow mo is really useful for training tho

Tried it for a little while a few weeks ago and hit my first ground double, it’s decent for learning new mechanics but if you do it for too long it’s starts to get annoying
