Practice makes perfect, go in free play, on the back 3 kickoff spawns, use the pass ball and hit the ball to the sidewall and jump as soon as you hit it. Front 2 kickoff spawns, do the same but hit it to the corner (left spawn = left corner, same for right) and psychos, training packs. I made my own that have good setups for psychos that helps a lot. If you do these, you are officially a sigma🤫🧏
