Actually teammates can be the reason why your not at your peak. I wanted to test this so i went into gold lobbies and after a while i finally lost a game because the teammate i had didnt know how to play good defense or offense. Or even play in general. So we ended up losing with me having 4 goals so it actually can be teammates that hold you back.
