Yeah I didn’t mean like air dribbles and stuff but just like knowing how to half flip and wavedash. I guess thats more recovery than mechs tho. But also knowing how to fast aerial

I do agree tho that game sense is more important but almost all golds in my lobby know how to aerial and if you can’t, you’re pretty much guaranteed to get beat to the ball almost every time it goes in the air. Even if you realize that and go back to defend they’re just gonna have shot after shot until they eventually score. I do agree with you tho that gamesense is better but without some mechs like that we won’t be able to get plat which is what I’m going for

@Black_Ink trust me i got to plat not knowing how to wave dash, fast aerials and all that. the thing is that u dont need to go in the air when ur opponents go in the air they usually mess up or do nothing with it. trust me i have been in gold before lol and i know that all u need is defence and u will get thru it easily
