that decal is the KC Pioneers decal. you can get it if you go into the item shop, go to rlcs, then click the logo that looks like a horse, it says KC Pioneers, the decal will be there. Hope this helped!

I would just grind training packs. I grinder them all until I could finish the SSL at the end. It helps with mechs a little
