as a gold that focused solely on air mechs to get to plat, i’ll tell you right now that plats and golds are stupid good at really bad ground plays that are hard to defend because “to confuse the enemy, you must first confuse yourself” so if you can get really good at ground defending, that’s what i’d reccomend the most. just play private matches with your friends and have them try ground plays against you

trust me, i’m scared to do my placements because of how bad at ground defending i am. my ground defense is around low silver level. please. help me. i suck. but i can hit a ceiling musty double. or a pop reset double. in game. pretty consistently.
