trust me its not tm8s the reason you arent doing good is probably because youre grinding so much ranked. grinding like crazy wont do you any good, itll more or less just tire you out and you wont be able to focus. but if youre stuck in plat/diamond sorry to say but its a skill issue. my advice is to take a break and come back refreshed rather than tiring yourself out
