Comes down to personal reference, but most use either a Playstation or XBox layout/shape. See which one you prefer or already use and like, then search for that with extra buttons on the back. Make a list and order them by price and quality/reviews. I personally like the Razer Wolverine, the Wolverine V2 is decent as well but does not have onboard profiles. Both also have replaceable joysticks but no way to purchase replacements, you absolutely need to buy joystick covers to prevent wear and tear.

Even I can’t do it most of the times I try but if you use my training pack (the code is F43A-DFAE-2BFD-7585) and do shot 4 then try them you can get more consistent at them
