for 50/50s in solo you should only commit them if you know you have that advantage and can win the 50. in duos you should either decide to go 100% in or 100% out. if you bail out of a 50 mid air its a waste of boost and time. for 3s its the same thing.

You should warm up until you reach your full potential for games in comp.. start with training packs then casual then comp all of this should take around 30min-1hour
