I watched at video awhile back that changed my mindset and helped me get better. Actually it was just a quote in that video. Instead of the winner is who scored the most goals. View it as the winner is the one who gets scored on the least. Ik I could replace all this with 1 word. Defense. But hearing the above helped me when defense didnt.
