Given Rocket League's incredible support, Psyonix staff have been hard at work doing out interviews recently. Since we are yet to get one, we thought we'd lovingly rip-off information from other interviews and post it here as 'news.' Enjoy!

Dave Hagewood recently did an interview with PC Gamer, and they asked good questions about upcoming maps. Judging by Dave's response, we have a lot to look forwards to map-wise. The next one will likely be 'another standard layout,' but after that they will 'mix it up a little bit.' Hopefully we'll finally see some throwbacks to the multi-tiered, multi-sized, multi-faceted maps of the original SARPBC. Hagewood wasn't willing to provide an estimation of when we might see such content, but hopefully it will be sooner rather than later.

This is something that I personally have been interested in since the alpha, and it seems that Psyonix are open to it happening down the line. In the same PC Gamer interview Hagewood stated that they are already working on some 'really interesting ideas' to do with this, but there are many challenges that would have to be overcome before anything could be launched.

In an interview with GameZone, Jeremy Dunham stated that "we are absolutely, 100 percent going to other platforms." We have no information on which platforms these might be, but realistically we'd put our money on either XBOX One or PlayStation 3 at this point. Given Psyonix's recent partnership with Sony and the legacy left by SARPBC, my personal bet would be a PS3 version, but this is purely speculation. Disagree? Post in comments where you think it will be going next. Of course, they could be referring to the fabled Mac version, which was available during last year's alpha but not now due to licensing issues. Again, speculation, we know nothing!
