Philoscope III are untradable Limited Wheels that come in all paints, except for Black, Grey, Burnt Sienna, and Gold. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 65 of the Premium Rocket Pass 4, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Unlike some of the other painted variants of this item, the Unpainted version is not tradable. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
