This item can be obtained via Blueprint/Drops from Item Series (Golden Cup '24, Golden Egg '19, Golden Gift '18, Golden Gift Basket '22, Golden Pumpkin '18, Golden Pumpkin '20, Golden Pumpkin '23, & Turbo) or occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale 4 times for 2000 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading.
