Welch PLC is a Base Rocket Boost that does not come painted. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 22 of the Free Rocket Pass Season 15, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it has been for sale twice for 50 Credits. It's also available in Rocket League Sideswipe.
