Lime Nienow and Sons is a Luxury Trail. This item was originally obtainable by reaching Tier 209 of the Premium Rocket Pass Season 7, but this Rocket Pass has since ended. Currently, the only way to obtain it is occasionally through the in-game Item Shop, where it was for sale once for 700 Credits. Before Psyonix removed player to player trading from Rocket League it was obtainable through trading. It's an exclusive Rocket League Sideswipe item and is not obtainable in regular Rocket League.
