I suggest OBS, been using it for years without issues. You can also set up as a replay buffer to capture the last x minutes of your screen and to automatically switch whichever screen is being recorded, depending on which is active. Adrenalin failed me in terms of multiple screen recordings besides eating up 11 gigs of RAM for giggles.
