tbh idek if its going to happen, but it was initially supposed to be a mock rlcs. however as it seems many people are leaving/going to leave rlg, including one of the main event organizers, it may not happen. as of right now it looks like theres just clans on rlg.

I think people are just trying to grab attention again, i say that because everyone that said they were going to leave in the past seven days, has still been active pretty much every couple hours.
