MMR Rating Issues

Has anyone else’s MMR ratings been messed up? Me and my dad play together and we’re constantly tracking our ratings. That includes unranked as well. I’m aware RL Garage is currently offline, at least for me. Not sure if that would affect the rating system for the app but it’s only showing us going up 1 MMR rating per win. But then when we lose it does the usual 8-10. Can anyone please explain why this is happening? Please and thank you!
