how long should i warm up? 10-15 minutes?

You should warm up until you reach your full potential for games in comp.. start with training packs then casual then comp all of this should take around 30min-1hour

I'd say ten minutes in free play unless u need to work on something specific like saves or something u can't do easily in free play

Personally I can never play for more than 2h and I'm pretty chill about my rank so I just go straight in. I don't recommend this at all though.

@Jrock09 yeah at low ranks it's not like you've got a rank that is worth stressing over. If I ever hit champ I might care a bit more but it's mostly about getting better, and the more ranked you play, the better you get, even if the rank doesn't go up straight away.

for 50/50s in solo you should only commit them if you know you have that advantage and can win the 50. in duos you should either decide to go 100% in or 100% out. if you bail out of a 50 mid air its a waste of boost and time. for 3s its the same thing.

Me After warming up 10 min i get nervous and need to play a round (i suggest when you Play have a cold drink or something its helps me may helps you too to be more focused

Yeah 100% cold drink helps me too. No idea why but the more water I drink in an rl session, the better I do 😂
