Improving

Hey, anyone who plays on Xbox, got any tips on how to get better? It’s hard for me to improve from gold. ⚜️

i'm not xbox but i would recommend just seeing where your teammate is on the field so you can rotate accordingly to make saves or score. also, find a training pack that practices basic shooting, missing open nets was the main reason i lost games in gold

K I could be wrong abt this but I’m pretty sure I wired connection like with a usb cord decreases input delay significantly, which is a total game changer. Unless I made that up and it’s not a real thing, which is quite possible 😂

It’s true but it’s not an important amount. If you have a cord that limits your movement with the controller don’t use it. Otherwise I only suggest using wired if you are at least Champ. (My opinion)

I don’t play on Xbox, but I do have some general tips! It’s usually nice to warm up before and like hit the ball around in free play, (helps me play my matches better) and sometimes when I’m still feeling off I’ll try some training packs! There’s good ones for everything, and if you don’t find good ones in the browse try looking some up!

Don’t try to learn things that are way out of your level because they won’t really help you if you can’t do basic things

Once you learn how to dribble learn to do simple flicks they will almost always work on lower ranks and are difficult to predict

Don’t go for high aerials at that stage you rarely do much with it and it ends up putting you teammate in a 1 v 2

Ur gold bro and golds r slow. js be faster then the others and hit the ball high on net and practice flicks if u get decent you'll score like 3 goals per game. thats how i got out of gold lol

Just grind until plat. Play 1s as well. It'll teach you everything you might be doing wrong

just hit it on target and let your teammate do everything they want to do and when you get the opportunity just hit it on net . 90% of the time it goes in
