the more you play the better you play, so here's my pro advice: just play better so you don't have to play more

Work on power shots and ball control like flicks and dribbles I got out of plat in a month just mastering those two techniques

If you're solo queuing you should generally play defensively because a lot of times the other team will overcommit and give you the ball then attack when you get opportunity 🌚

Grind quad resets

Mayby find a teammate who is on the same skill level as you. Try to learn Power shots, Drilblings and half flips. You could also try to learn fast arials or normal ones.
