Need a teammate(s) that are high c2 in 3s

Trying to get c3 in 3s and I can’t bc I get god team mates the round before my rank up game and get absolute garbage ones on my rank up game. Lost my rank up game 5 times in the last 2 days as well. Currently at 1291 mmr from 1309, 3 games away. If anyone could help that would be great!👍
