black market and exotic drops

i got all my black market drops and exotics but they aren’t showing up on my pc. i claimed them on my xbox and playstation so that i could get more and i have 3 bms and 6 exotics but they aren’t showing up on my pc. i’ve restarted the game multiple times tried updating it etc and i cant get them on there. anyone got any ideas?-EDIT——- i figured out how to get them just google how to sync your rl inventory and follow the steps provided
