Notifications not working properly.

I keep going to my notifications and clicking them and they send me to random deleted discussions. At first it was a deleted discussion asking if Falco’s were the best wheel, now it’s the one in the photo. It doesn’t always do this, but when it does it’s annoying. I tried commenting in one of the deleted discussions but it said something along the lines of “discussion has not been approved yet so you cannot post here.” I also keep getting double the amount of notifications sometimes.
