It's easy to blame the one guy sitting at the top when the underlying issues enabling the incentive of "profit line must go up every quarter" isn't apparent right away. Removing Sweeney won't remove stacks of suits invested to get their money's worth and such people certainly won't enact someone interested in removing them and diminishing their profit margin.

They just care about the money, which is sad but acceptable
